Leisurebuilt Duplex
The Duplex is the larger of our range and offers the ultimate in beach living or residential homes or where site access is a problem.
Our Duplexes are built on two chassis or timber bearers but as one unit in our factory. They are then split into two (or more if required) for delivery. In this way we can accommodate buildings that are double the width of a standard Chalet. In fact there is no limit really to the size of the home we can build for you in this way. Once delivered onsite, your home is seamlessly fitted together again.
Leisurebuilt Annexe
The Annexe fits against your caravan and increases your space at the Holiday Park and is towable like your caravan
A Leisurebuilt Annexe is built to the same specifications as our Chalet and Duplex and fully comply to building code. They are designed to fit snugly against your touring caravan but can have many other uses. You can fully customise your Annexe to whatever level you desire. The Traveller can be legally a towable caravan… with a difference.
Perfect for those situaltions where local rules (Council or Holiday Park) insist that the van on site must be seen to be a towable caravan… and it is.
