Construction materials and details
  • All units are built on a mix of galvanised steel and timber chassis. They come with wheels and draw bar for moving and relocating the unit on site.
  • The units can either be blocked up like a caravan or installed on house piles on site.
  • Internal walls are 36mm ‘Metra Panel’ and external walls are 18mm ‘Metra Panel’ on a timber frame.
  • Ceilings are 18mm ‘Metra Panel’ under wooden trusses.
  • Minimum ceiling height is 2.3m for flat ceilings.
  • Walls, ceilings and under floors insulated to meet Building Code requirements.
  • Roofing Trim Rib760’ coloursteel roofing, standard colour range.
  • ‘Palliside’ PVC weatherboard cladding, 25 years manufacturer’s guarantee.
  • Alternative: Alpine cladding
  • Aluminium joinery, single or double glazed, standard colour range.
  • All exterior areas under eaves can be lined and painted.
  • Exhaust fans fitted to bathrooms.
  • Wooden base boards or trellis around units.
  • Timber clad decks and steps.
  • Rectangular PVC down pipes and fitted close to building.
  • All internal plumbing incl. continuous flow LPG water heater or electric hot water cylinder.
  • All internal wiring incl. light fittings, power points, TV aerial outlet and a 10 Amp caravan lead.

Kitchen
  • Built in Melamine kitchen cabinets wall cupboards with pantry (to be chosen from our range) and Formica bench top (to be chosen from our standard colours). Comes with cutlery tray in drawer.
  • Stainless steel sink insert.
  • Freestanding 4-burner LPG gas cooker, stainless steel finish.
  • Ducted range hood, stainless steel finish.

Bathroom
  • Vanity with single lever tap and mirror door cabinet on wall.
  • Shower with safety glass enclosure and glass door.
  • Chemical toilet or standard flushing ceramic toilet.
  • Heat lamp, light and extractor fan in ceiling.
  • Opening window, opaque safety glass
  • Double towel rail, toilet roll holder and hand towel ring.

Furniture
  • Build-in wardrobes with full lengths sliding doors on request.
  • We can supply custom made “Melamine” wardrobes, bedside cabinets, etc.
  • We can supply beds (base and innersprung mattress) and build-in bunk beds with foam mattresses.

Finishing
  • Interior fully painted (walls, ceilings, doors, architraves, skirting boards and scotias).
  • Venetian blinds on kitchen and bathroom windows.
  • Curtains on all other windows and doors.
  • Tiled splash back behind cooker and sink.
  • Vinyl floor cover in bathroom and kitchen area, carpets over foam underlay in rest of unit.
  • Wall mounted door stops.

The colours for furniture, joinery, roofing, wall cladding, floor coverings, window drapes, base boards and interior paint are to be chosen from our standard colour range.
